Our Mascot, Chaleigh (pronounced Shay-lee), is fond of traveling. This is Chaleigh's web journal of where's she's been and where she's going! May 2006 Chaleigh, along with her brother Rummy, attended the Atlanta Westie Club's Annual Picnic on 5/21/06. Chaleigh is entered in the Westie of the Year contest with the Club. For part of the contest, she had a "Career Day" at the picnic. Here's her costume and job description:
Sr. Flight Attendant Coffee, Tea, or Doggie Cookies!! Chaleigh is the senior flight attendant for Westie Air. Her duties include making sure the all cats are stowed in cargo, and all service carts have a selection of doggie treats including milk bones, Greenies and kibble. Chaleigh recognizes that you have a choice in airlines when you’re traveling with your terrier and thanks you for choosing Westie Air.
April 2006 Chaleigh titled in her first Rally-O event. Kenlake's Sassy Bluegrass Chaleigh RN, CGC, owned by Mike and Sandy Patak, received her Rally Novice title at the Peach Blossom Cluster in Perry, GA on April 15, 2006. Chaleigh qualified all three days with her highest score over the weekend event being a 95 and she placed fourth on Friday and Saturday.

July 2005 Westie Club of Atlanta Rally-O event held at Jim Miller Park. Chaleigh tried out Rally-O for the first time! Did you know that Soapy Puppy offers Rally-O training? Come join Chaleigh in a Rally-O class. Click here to find out more! June 2005 Chaleigh "sitting" on the dock of the Bay, Chesapeake Bay, Maryland. One of Chaleigh's favorite places is in Ocean City, Maryland. She gets to stare out the windows and watch the birds on the Chesapeake Bay. Then in the evening, she takes her walk on the Boardwalk and visits the beach.
May 2005 Annual Westie Club Picnic, Norcross, GA If you have a Westie or if you love Westie's, the Atlanta Westie Club is for you! March 2005 The Atlanta Pet Fair is a yearly event where grooming professionals gather to learn what's new about our trade. Chaleigh was a demo dog.
